Sadiq Umar who is presently playing for Almeria football of Spain spoke with pressmen all the way from Spain about playing against Manchester United in an Europa game last season.

It was an emotional game for me , I cant describe the feeling knowing fully well that , it was my boyish club i do support Manchester United during my formative years playing against Manchester United becomes my memorable match so far in my football career.

I played both home and away In old Trafford but now as a professional footballer my club is Almeria. I want to give my best and ensures my team return back to the elite league called La Liga.

We are presently 3rd position on the log with 38 points we will keep pushing till the last day of the league. The tall lanky bronze medalist winner concluded by saying he is ready to play for the super eagles if given the chance by the gaffer of the senior national team.
