Former Nigeria’s U23 player, Sadiq Umar was absolutely an outstanding player in Almeria’s 3-1 demolition of Cartegena in the Spanish Segunda clash on Monday.

Umar scored the first goal of the match as at 19 minutes of play via assist from Jose Carlos .

He registered his name again in the score sheet but no thanks no VAR. He tormented the back line of the hosts with his intelligent runs and a goal to end the game .

While concluding, he said.
“There is better days ahead for me . My goals I scored in this season is 28 goals 6 with my former club before I joined Almeria I scored 2 goals in cup games and 20 goals lin the league , I would have been happier if my goals can assist my team to promote to la liga.”
