The National Umbrella for Public Office Holders Association in Nigeria (POHAN) has felicitated with His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on the occasion of his 69th birthday anniversary celebration.

A statement by the National President of POHAN Chief Dr. MD Eseyin, on Monday in Abuja, described Tinubu as a visionary leader and an astute Ex Public Office Holder who has remained relevant in the Nigeria’s political space for several decades.

He noted that Tinubu’s remarkable achievements and giant developmental strides in terms of infrastructure, health, human capacity building and development across the country was second to none.

Eseyin added that the consistent relevance of the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Nigeria’s political space for decades, was not unconnected with his passion for the less privilege and progressive mindset in raising and empowering people of different background, ethnicity, tribe or religious affiliation.

The POHAN National President further commended the Jagaban of Borgu for his wisdom and ability to raise men who are making waves politically and in every sector of the Nigeria’s economy, as well as lifting many out of poverty.

”Your Excellency, you have exhibited uncommon wisdom, remarkable vision, and exemplary leadership. You have been a role model and an example of selfless giving to this generation, and we are proud to hold you as someone worthy of emulation.

A statement by the National President of POHAN Chief Dr. MD Eseyin, on Sunday in Abuja, described the sudden death of the late Hon Akor as a rude shock and devastating to the entire POHAN family.

”It is with a rude shock and devastating we received the sad news on the passing of our own beloved brother, friend and member of POHAN, Hon. Adaidu Akor.

”POHAN was indeed deeply saddened to hear of his sudden demise. Our heart goes out to the immediate family during this difficult period.

”Words may not suffice to express the heartfelt sorrow that we feel in POHAN for his passing, but our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

”We pray God to grant him eternal rest, and grant his wife, children and the entire family he left the fortitude to bear this devastating loss”, Eseyin said.

The Vice Chairman for the forum, Chief Dr. Deola Eseyin, in a statement on Saturday described the late Hon Akor as an excellent leader and astute politician with a difference.

He noted that the late Akor was the chairman of the GYB Special Advisers’ Forum, a position he held and standing strongly for every member till his untimely death as a result of an auto crash.

”A good heart has stopped beating, but a heart that has touched so many lives can’t help but live on in those it loved.

”Our collective hearts are heavy with sympathy as a group over the death of our beloved chairman, Hon Adaidu Akor.

”No words can describe how painful and devastating we are for this irreplaceable loss. Our deepest sympathy to the family he left behind established his wife and children.

”We will surely missed him greatly. We pray God to grant his wife, children and the entire family he left behind the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss”.

Former Special Adviser to Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi on Youth Empowerment, Sports and Students Affairs, Comrade Deola Eseyin has hit out at critics of John Oladele Nihi over his recent romance with the present administration.

Nihi who is a Youth Ambassador was the Media Aide to Senator Dino Melaye was seen in a love up picture with Governor Yahaya Bello.

Nihi was known to be a strong critics of present government in Kogi State after falling out with it during their first term in office.

The recent romance with Yahaya Bello led administration by Nihi who is a member of African Youth Parliament has drawn jeers from political stakeholders in the state describing him as a political business man.

Comrade Eseyin who served as Special Adviser to Governor Bello in his first term has however backed the former President of National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN in Kogi State saying that his open decision to shift camp was better than many who claim to be in support of the government but betray it.

“Devils in human skin claiming Holly than thou today masturbating on Dele Nihi issue has and still perpetrating unimaginable wickedness, assassinated many souls, character wise.

“These charlatans have shattered many homes and dreams all because of pecuniary gains and political attainment.

“No doubt integrity is everything, but Dele Nihi is bold enough to show his own way of politicking, can you guys also come out openly to tell us how many dreams you have killed in your quest for political promotion?
