“The state’s ministry of health has further confirmed that, while the infections cut across age groups, this new wave, especially, affects those between 10 and 35 years (which form a majority of the populace in the education sector).

Thus, in it’s efforts to contain the spread of the pandemic and save the lives of people in the state, the Kaduna State Government is directing all Public, and private schools to conclude all necessary arrangements and close on Wednesday 16th December, 2020 as opposed to the initial closings.

He made the call in a  telephone interview with the Sportspro News Publisher, Bayour Issah amid the growing  call from sports men and women to Government to open contact sports.

Recall that the Covid-19 Presidential Task force had announced the resumption  of non- contact sports few months ago,the Chairman, Kwara State Kung Fu noted that the partial opening is not enough for a full glare Kung Fu practice as a sport to take place.

He stated that the hope of many athletes to haul medals in major competitions ahead may be expose to jeopardy as they can’t presentIy  engage in the sport wholly.

“There is no way we can achieve the best of Kung Fu among our athletes in view of their dream to savour medals in competitions ahead, because neither could they practice nor engage maximally in the face of the partial ban and  reopening of sport generally”.

Bearing in mind that Covid-19 Pandemic is real, He appealed to the Government to review the situation and allow the opening of contact sports as he assured the compliance of  the Athletes to the protocols which will help stop the spread of the virus.

Adewunmi who revealed that Kung Fu Federation featured in two international events last year and hauled medals in different categories promised to spread the martial art game in schools across Nigeria.

He commended the Minister of Youth and Sport development, Mr. Sunday Dare for his untiring efforts in catering for the welfare of the athletes , a gesture he described as an apt definition of humanisim which will further enhance their performances to get podium opportunities.

He appreciated the Minister for declaring sport as business in Nigeria, a development which he said has changed the face of sport astronomically.

Yahaya Bello, to cancel the Third term for 2019/2020 session to enable their wards commence First term for 2020/2021 academic session as it is being done in other States of the federation.

The parents made the appeal in a Communique issued at the end an emergency meeting of the Parents Teachers’ Forum (PTF), Kingdom Heritage Model School (KHMS) Lokoja branch.

The communiqué which was jointly signed by the branch’s PTF Chairman, Deacon Dare Solomon; Secretary, Mr James Joseph; and over 70 Parents and Guardians present at the meeting, implored the governor to cancel the third term to avoid double payment of school fees under three (3) months in a stretch.

According to the parents, if the governor hears their cry and cancel the third term and allow schools in the state to commence first term for 2020/2021 academic session, it would serve as palliatives to parents and guardians due to the negative effects of Covid-19 pandemic on their wellbeing.

The parents, therefore made passionate appeal to the governor whom they believed would grant their requests, to save them of the untold hardships of paying double schools fees within 3 months due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

However, alternatively, the parents went a step further to appeal to the Education Commission (EC) of KHMS Lokoja, to liaise with appropriate quarters to reduce third term school fees by 50 per cent considering the effect of Covid 19 on the economy of the state and the country at large.

The parents and guardians also appealed to the Executive Secretary, Educations Commission’s network of Nursery and Primary Schools, Pastor (Mrs) Faith Oyedepo, to kindly approve their request for 50% payment for third term school fees for their wards in the eventuality that the governor did not rescind on his decision.

The communiqué reads:
”In view of the effect of Covid 19 pandemic on individuals, organizations, Kogi State Government and the world at large, the PTF hereby make the following request:

”The parents/guardians appeal to His Excellency, Gov. Yahaya Bello, through the Education Commission (EC) to cancel Third term and allow our pupils to resume for a new academic session as it is being done in other states such as Ogun, Benue,Lagos, Edo etc.

”If the request above is not achievable, the parents hereby call on the Education commission ( EC)to liaise with appropriate quarters to reduce third term school fees by 50%( Half) considering the effect of Covid 19 on the economy of the state and the country at large.

”Parents have unanimously agreed that the above raised points should be looked into as soon as possible so that we may not be forced to keep our wards at home due to lack of funds pending when new academic session begins.

”Over 70 parents/guardians attended the meeting with their names and signature written as the representatives of the whole parents.

”Thank you all as we await the feedback from the approximate quarters”.

A staff of the ROVAC hotel, located at New Karu who spoke to Media Advocacy West Africa Foundation (MAWA Foundation) team that was at the community with support from Open Society Initiative for West Africa (OSIWA) said the coronavirus outbreak has done lots of damage to their business.

Lamenting the economic predicament the coronavirus has brought to the hotel business, Rita said their business was completely halted by the coronavirus pandemic.

She pointed out that before the pandemic, they were doing well, but in the last three months especially during the lockdown, they hardly make N500 daily.

“Before the coronavirus, we made money from drinks, lodging, and football viewing centre, but all that was stopped by the outbreak of coronavirus and we can’t make N500 a day,” Rita told MAWA.

“It is even worse because, as we are not making any money because of the pandemic, we are still paying bills” she added.

Rita explained that customers no longer come to their hotel to lodge because they are afraid of contracting coronavirus.

She, however, disclosed that before the outbreak of the pandemic, during weekends, there will be no vacant rooms in their hotel because they will be all booked by guests, but at the moment, the case is different and the business has since gone down and is about to be closed down.

Narrating the adverse effect of coronavirus on their business, Rita said she works in the bar and did not make any sale during the lockdown because all her customers could not come and watch football which is a major factor that booms her business.

She, however, told MAWA that things are getting better since the lift on lockdown and the commencement of football matches.

Another resident in the area who did not want his name mentioned, told MAWA, he has been rendered financially impotent by the coronavirus outbreak.

He disclosed that he is a mason and has not done any job for over four months, pointing out that hunger wants to kill him and his family while appealing to the government to help the poor and vulnerable to come out of the difficulties they are facing as a result of the pandemic.

“Solution To Coronavirus Does Not Require Vaccine” — Reveals Australia-based Nigerian Scientist https://www.onwardnews24.com/solution-to-coronavirus-does-not-require-vaccine-reveals-australia-based-nigerian-scientist/ https://www.onwardnews24.com/solution-to-coronavirus-does-not-require-vaccine-reveals-australia-based-nigerian-scientist/#respond Sun, 21 Jun 2020 13:48:56 +0000 http://www.onwardnews24.com/?p=1333 A Nigerian Scientist based in Australia, Emmanuel Adeyemi, has revealed that the COVID-19 global pandemic which has claimed lots of lives all over the world does not require any vaccine, stating that the cause of the Mass death was due to air pollution and not because of virus

The Australia-based Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapist disclosed during a press conference in Lagos on Saturday, the main cause of the death across the world was air pollution as a result of excessive hydrogen dioxide poisonous gas in the atmosphere.

According to him, the reason for the press conference was to save lives as the world already lost a lot of people to the pandemic which he claimed was not caused by any virus.

During the presser, Adeyemi said he discovered after a deep and thorough research that China made a wrong diagnosis of the disease which has made it difficult to understand the clinical signs and symptoms of the disease and to develop a treatment regimen for it.

The University of Ibadan graduate, who has been able to obtain scientific publications from China which shows that the problem China had was a case of widespread Pneumonia, stated that Chinese Center for Disease Control (CCDC) named the causative agent as a Novel Coronavirus.

Emmanuel also claimed that he has a scientific paper that shows how the World Health Organization (WHO) named the Pneumonia from China as COVID-19.

He further added that he has discovered through his research findings the main causative agent and that the solution to the COVIID-19 pandemic does not require any vaccine.

“We’ve lost a lot of lives globally and to draw the attention of the global community to a fact that the world is not suffering from any novel coronavirus disease,” he said.

“The world is suffering from air pollution as a result of excessive hydrogen dioxide poisonous gas in the atmosphere so the purpose is to save lives and ensure that the world returns back to normal in record time.

“The United Nations will need to sit down and there will be policies on the regulations of hydrogen dioxide and other pollutants in the atmosphere but for this one there are a lot of procedures.

“You can use a petrochemical process, you can use hydrogen peroxide and sodium. Once you send it to the atmosphere, it will reduce hydrogen dioxide emission,” he concluded

BREAKING: Coronavirus Is Not The Cause Of Global Mass Death, Says Australia-based Nigerian Scientist https://www.onwardnews24.com/breaking-coronavirus-is-not-the-cause-of-global-mass-death-says-australia-based-nigerian-scientist/ https://www.onwardnews24.com/breaking-coronavirus-is-not-the-cause-of-global-mass-death-says-australia-based-nigerian-scientist/#respond Thu, 18 Jun 2020 13:46:41 +0000 http://www.onwardnews24.com/?p=1262 Australia-based Nigerian Scientist, Emmanuel Adeyemi has revealed that novel Coronavirus is not the cause of Mass death around the globe claiming that the solution to the COVIID-19 pandemic does require any vaccine.

Emmanuel Adeyemi an Alumnus of the University of Ibadan who is based in Melbourne Australia, will reveal to the world on Saturday, June 20, 2020 in a press conference the truth about the global pandemic that is ravaging the world and the cure.

The brilliant Nigerian Scientist discovered after a deep and thorough research that China made a wrong diagnosis of the disease which has made it difficult to understand the clinical signs and symptoms of the disease and to develop a treatment regimen for the disease.

Adeyemi who will be presenting his research findings to the world through a press conference this Saturday, found out that in late 2019 Wuhan Municipal Health Commission first reported a case of Pneumonia and they believed that the Pneumonia was as a result of a virus because of three reasons:
(1) Because of the Wet animal live market in China where it was believed that the virus must have spilled over from a bat or another animal to humans.

(2) Because of the Wuhan Institute of Virology which has the China Centre for Virus Culture Collection which is the largest Virus Bank in the whole of Asia and they thought that the Virus must have leaked from the virus bank.

(3) Because of the resemblance of the clinical symptoms of COVID-19 to that of the 2002 SARS outbreak which presents with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome and since SARS was caused by a Coronavirus, it was believed that the current Global disease too is due to a new Coronavirus.

Emmanuel disclosed that recently, Chinese Researchers has said openly that the wet Market is not the source of the Coronavirus and that the Virus didn’t leak from the Wuhan Laboratory.

The University of Ibadan graduate, who has been able to obtain scientific publications from China which shows that the problem China had was a case of widespread Pneumonia, stated that Chinese Center for Disease Control (CCDC) named the causative agent as a Novel Coronavirus. He also claimed that he has a scientific paper that shows how the World Health Organization (WHO) named the Pneumonia from China as COVID-19.

The Scientist said that Pneumonia is not only been caused by a virus and that their are other causes of Pneumonia. He said he has discovered through his research findings the main causative agent and that the solution to the COVIID-19 pandemic does not require any vaccine.

Emmanuel Adeyemi Aiyeyun who has various degrees — BPT, MSc, CSRS, MNSP, MMRTB in his field will be providing scientific answers to the following unknown questions about COVID-19 during his press conference, where he will be launching a video which will explain the original cause, the solution and how to prevent a future occurrence of this global pandemic.

(1) Why the incubation period of the Novel disease is 14 days and why we are to self-isolate for 14 days after an exposure to the causative agent.

(2) Why it affects more males than females.

(3) Why it affects people over 65 years of age.

(4) Why it is more prevalent during cold and winter season.

(5) Why it is less commoy in warm and summer seasons.

(6) Why it killed more black Americans than Whites in the United States of America.

(7) How and why it caused more deaths in Countries like Italy, Spain, France and Germany.

(8) Why hydroxychloroquine being an antimalarial drug is able to treat this novel disease.

(9) Why Madagascar drug was able to treat the novel disease.

(10) How and why the disease results to loss of sense of smell in some patients.

(11) Why some patients presents with stroke symptoms and blue colouration of the skin.

(12) Why New York City has the highest death rate in the United States of America.

The Kwara State Government has been commended for her pro-activeness towards curtailing the scourge of Coronavirus pandemic in the state.

Speaking on this development, the Managing Director, Ray Field Construction Company- a Developer of Ilorin Ultra-Modern Market, Emmanuel Sidi stated this during a brief with our reporter in his office, recently.

According to him, ‘the Kwara State Government’s measure towards the containment of the pandemic in the state is laudable.’

“Kwara State Government has been proactive on this issue upfront. It is unfortunate that people don’t know that it is good to be in lockdown than to be 6 feets below.

“The lockdown order by the government is the only alternative. This is a novel virus which is yet to get a vaccine. It is better to stay at home than to come out and die,” Sidi said.

He added that though the lockdown restriction placed by the government has much effect on busineses, but it is the duty of a responsible government to protect lives and property which the leaders were sworn to do.

“The virus will surely go. Ebola and other hitherto pandemics had come and go. I want to thank the Kwara State Government for her proactiveness during the period at the same time the stimulus packages given to the people of the state.”

He further said the upsurge of covid-19 pandemic has adversely affected the company by bringing to halts the activities developers at mandate market.

“It’s unfortunate that the virus came. If not we would have gone far in the upliftment of the phase 3 in the ultral modern market.

“Though we are government contractors, we suppose be on site, but ought to adhere to the government’s order. The pandemic has badly affected our job, just like other Nigerians.”

Reacting to the multiplier effects of mandate market on Kwara economy, Sidi said the market has risen to become an economic hub of the state.

“With the support of the Kwara State Government, we were able to turn Mandate Market to an economic hub which has typified to the economic multiplier effect of the state.

“Mandate Market has become a big market that cannot be downplayed in North Central Nigeria. It has birthed sub-micro markets in Ilorin metropolis.

“Nobody could dare imagined that this market which was before now an habitant of wild animals, can now be turned into mega economic hub in the state. We acknowledged the support of the Kwara State for allowing us to turn this market into the state economic eldorado.”

He however added that the company had finished with the construction of the first two phases at the market as work is ongoing on the Phase 3.

“We built and sell and we had an agreement with the Kwara State Government. We have three phases at the market, we are at the phase three now,” he concluded.
