Ahmed Adewale has expressed his excitement over the progress of the Dominion Hotspur’s at the ongoing Lagos FA Cup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking after their victory over Bethel FC in the round of 64 of the competiton played on Wednesday at the Isheri Field at Julius Berger, Lagos State, the defender described the victory as a tonic that will spur them to do more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dominion Hotspur defeated Bethel FC 3-2 on penalties after playing out a barren draw in the regulation time with Ahmed Adewale playing a vital role in the kick from spot affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I am really happy with this progress to the round 32. It wasn’t an easy game against Bethel FC but we thank God for the victory- they’re not a bad side too” said the experienced Defender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While Speaking about the next encounter, he stated that they will continue to work hard in a bid to make exploits in the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“FA Cup is a very important competiton. We know what it means to go far in this tournament and we aren’t going to relent in our efforts” he concluded<\/p>\n\n\n\n
