Confluence Queens Hit Abuja for Late Tolulope Arotile Pre-season Tourney

Confluence Queens are set to be in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, FCT for the much talked about preseason tournament in honor of Late Tolulope Arotile.

The preseason tournament which was formerly known as Ratel Preseason has now been named after the late Kogi born female combat pilot Tolulope Arotile.

The New Direction Queens will join rivals Bayelsa Queens, Nasarawa Amazons, Edo Queens, Royal Queens among others for the preseason tournament

Speaking about the preseason, the chairman Confluence Queens Mallam Abdul Sule expressed delight about his side’s participation while also praising the organizers for the grade A women’s preseason.

“I’m very happy that Confluence Queens will honour this invitation because the late Capt Tolulope Arotile is from Kogi State and we will like to honour her.”

“Also, I will like to commend the organizers for this kind of tournament as participating teams will benefits more. This kind of standard preseason will help us to prepare for the new season

“I’m very happy that my team will be participating at the preseason. First because late Tolulope Arotile is from Kogi State and it will be a good thing we are involved.”

“It will be of great benefits to all the participating teams, as it will enable teams to assess their readiness for the NWFL 2020/21 season.”
