“I know that all registered NWFL club sides are also ready for the challenge. In my our view, Edo Queens FC is not scared of any club, we have played virtually all the premiership club side, we are used to ourselves they are not new to us, so I do not see any reason to be scared, football is not played with mouth, it is a contact game of 11 aside, so it is on the pitch of play you know if a team is good or not. In Edo Queens we do not believe in boasting. We know the target we have set for ourselves and by the special grace of God Edo Queens will get there”,
“Again, it is not going to be an easy battle, because all registered NWFL teams are also targeting the league trophy, the Super Four and continental ticket.”
“For us, we are very determined to be at the top, because we have a veteran Technical Manager that has seen it all in female football management. With his experience on the job, I know Edo Queens will be the team to beat. I will also want to thank our digital Deputy Governor Rt. Hon. Philip Shaibu, also called by Edo people as ‘ King of the Youths’ and also Mama Edo Queens Madam Sabina Chikere the CEO of Edo Queens for their care and concern towards us, I want to assure them that we won’t put them to shame. God Amighty will surely grant us our hearts desire as we storm UBTH Sportsman’s Complex on Wednesday for our first home League match against Royal Queens FC. We are very confident of victory.”
