The Kogi State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Hon. Bolanle Amupitan has felicitated with Her Excellency, the wife of the Governor, Mrs Rashidat Bello, over the victory of the Governor and his Deputy in the Saturday Governorship election in Kogi State.

The commissioner described the Kogi First Lady as a virtuous woman who had been a very strong pillar of support for the Governor which had reflected in her selfless love and sacrifice for the indigents people of Kogi state especially the vulnerable women and children.

”Your Excellency ma, your selfless love, sacrifice, help and support for the good people of Kogi, was actually rewarded as seen in this resounding victory.

”You combed everywhere, you touched so many lives, you compliment His Excellency’s efforts in all front.

”It is our sincere prayers that the Almighty Allah will give you more grace in your strives to give the good people of Kogi State the best in your endeavours.
